Technical Adviser

Honda de Boucherville is looking for a Technical Advisor to join its dynamic and efficient team.

In the performance of your duties, you must:

- Welcome customers, take charge of their vehicle and define each person's needs;

- Open and close work orders;

- Ensuring customer satisfaction;

- Answer the phone quickly and courteously;

- Promote our specials and preventive maintenance.

The skills required for the position are as follows:

- 2 years of experience in the field of after-sales service;

- Concern for outstanding and distinguished customer service

- Punctuality, professionalism and courtesy;

- Dynamism, involvement and empathy.

-A daytime work schedule;

-Monday to Thursday 8.00 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday 8.00 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Salary: $ 80 000 K according to bonification and performance
