Your main responsibilities:
Manage vehicle rentals and sales, while providing exceptional customer service.
Master and closely monitor all of the manufacturer's rental and sales programs and promotions.
Anticipate and prepare for future transactions by analyzing rental and sales contracts, including those of after-sales service customers.
Take charge of orphan customer contracts and manage their renewal.
Maintain a detailed log of all rental and renewal transactions.
Compile and analyze statistical reports such as sales-to-lease ratio, renewal rate and customer retention.
Ensure sales advisors follow the complete renewal process and contact customers at appropriate times.
Promptly process any rental contract requests, including residual net balances, and contact affected customers immediately.
Supervise and organize rental returns and redemptions.
