Responsibilities:

-Prepare customer purchasing files

-Check and assemble all necessary documents (contracts, proof of income, identity documents, etc.).

-Delivery of new and used vehicles

-Confirm customer appointments

-Ensure that the vehicle is ready for delivery and that the elements mentioned on the sales contract are done;

-Relaunch financial and accessory products;

-Sign documents with the client in a professional and efficient manner;

-Deliver the vehicle (explain the vehicle components, new technologies, carry out customizations, etc.);

-Make a presentation of the after-sales service department to customers;

-arrange the first appointment at the service;

-Register the vehicle at the SAAQ;

-Collect all final charges;

-Answer all the customer's questions before departure;

-Ensure that the customer is fully satisfied;

-Satisfaction monitoring after delivery;
